  3. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the item.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
